Introduction to Insight Meditation: A Six Week Course for Beginners - An introductory course developed by Phil Jones. It begins with meditation postures and mindfulness of breathing and then introduces each of the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, ending with a session on taking the practice into everyday life. Course materials include a "script" for each session and handouts. Four Foundations of Mindfulness - A nine session study and practice course on the the Satipatthana Sutta developed by Mike Potter.
Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness
Course - a course of practice based on "Eight Mindful Steps to
Happiness" by Bhante Henepola Gunaratana (Wisdom 2001) which was developed
by Mike Potter in collaboration with Ginny Morgan. Course outlines and practice
exercises for each of the eight steps are included. Many of the practice
exercises were developed by Matthew Flickstein of The Forest Way in
